Special Training Sample Clauses

The Special Training clause outlines the requirements and provisions for additional or specialized training that may be necessary for individuals involved in a contract or agreement. This clause typically specifies who is responsible for providing the training, the scope and content of the training sessions, and any associated costs or scheduling considerations. By clearly defining these aspects, the clause ensures that all parties are adequately prepared to perform their duties, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-compliance due to lack of proper instruction.
