Common use of Special Tax Privileges Clause in Contracts

Special Tax Privileges. 1. The provisions of this Convention shall not affect tax privileges of foreign diplomatic and consular missions, other establishments and organizations of the Contracting States which enjoy equality therewith in respect of tax privileges, the heads and members of the diplomatic personnel and staff of those missions, institutions and organizations, and also members of their families.
