Common use of Special statement Clause in Contracts

Special statement. The Borrower is aware of and fully understands the terms and conditions of this Contract. At the time of signing this Contract, the Lender has given a reasonable prompt to the Borrower in bold on the terms that have a material interest with the Borrower, such as the mitigation or exemption of the Lender’s liability under this Contract, and has explained these terms and other provisions of this Contract in detail to the Borrower on its own initiative or at the request of the Borrower. The Borrower has an accurate understanding of the legal meaning of such terms. Both parties confirm that there are no doubts about all terms of the Contract.
