Common use of Special Servicing Compensation Clause in Contracts

Special Servicing Compensation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Special Servicer shall not be entitled to pay itself any compensation out of amounts collected on or in respect of the Mortgage Loans other than the Base Servicing Fee and any Ancillary Income, to the extent provided herein. Any other compensation payable to the Special Servicer hereunder, including the Special Servicing Fee, the Extended Special Servicing Fee and the Incentive Fee, shall be payable to the Special Servicer on each Distribution Date as provided in the Trust Agreement."
