Common use of Special Security Construction Clause in Contracts

Special Security Construction. If BellSouth demonstrates that new secure access to the Microwave Collocation location is reasonably necessary, the costs associated with the construction of such access shall be described on a separate schedule to be provided by BellSouth to Winstar.
