SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. In the event that an employee agrees to perform special responsibilities, UCOL may at its discretion agree to pay a higher duties allowance. Thegrantingof anyhigher duties allowance will be confirmed in writing to the employee. The confirmation will define the responsibilities and the period for which the allowance will be paid.
