SPECIAL RATE PERIODS OF MORE THAN. 28 RATE PERIOD DAYS. If, in the case of any Special Rate Period of more than 28 Rate Period Days, the Trust makes a Taxable Allocation to a dividend paid on shares of Municipal Preferred, the Trust shall, prior to the end of the calendar year in which such dividend was paid, provide notice thereof to the Auction Agent and direct the Trust's dividend disbursing agent to send such notice with a Gross-up Payment to each Holder of shares that was entitled to such dividend payment during such calendar year at such Holder's address as the same appears or last appeared on the record books of the Trust.
