Special Purpose Grant and Recoveries. In addition to the Basic Operating Grant described above, the Government of Ontario may establish other operating grants and recoveries to provide funding for priority initiatives. Allocations from these Special Purpose Grants and Recoveries are made annually according to the methodology determined by the Government of Ontario.
