Special Provisions Relating to a New or Expanded Facility. a. Proposed New or Expanded Facility; Failure to Complete. If Schedule B provides for the construction of a new facility or an expansion of an existing facility (collectively, “Expansion Project”), and the Customer fails to complete the Expansion Project by the date specified in Schedule B, the Authority may, in its discretion, (a) cancel the Allocation, or (b) if it believes that the Expansion Project will be completed in a reasonable time, agree with the Customer to extend the time for completion of the Expansion Project.
