Special Pay Differentials. Additional pay will be provided to a regular employee’s base pay for services rendered during normal working hours for work performed pursuant to Government Code Sec. 20023 "special skills, knowledge, abilities, work assignment, workdays or hours, or other work conditions," as follows:
