  • SPECIAL PACKAGING Items shall be packaged and cartoned so as to protect the contents from damage during shipment, handling and storage.   • Special Pay Special payment, including standby, overtime, premium, and other special payments, shall be calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement.

  • Representative of the Borrower; Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Borrower is designated as representative of the Borrower for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.

  • Special Payments Any payroll adjustment due an employee in the bargaining unit as a result of working out of class, re-computation of hours, or other reasons other than procedural errors shall be made and a supplemental check issued not later than fifteen (15) working days following notice to the payroll department.
