Special Notices to the Rating Agencies. (a) The Trustee (or, in the case of the items in clauses (vi) and (vii), the successor trustee) shall give prompt notice to the Rating Agencies and, except in the case of clause (viii), the Operating Adviser (or if no Operating Adviser has been elected, the Majority Certificateholder of the Controlling Class), of the occurrence of any of the following events of which it has notice or actual knowledge:
