Special Event Parking. 1. Designated areas only with prior authorization by Airport Director's Office.
2. RV parking is authorized only during permitted special events at a rate of Ten and no/100ths ($10.00) Dollars per day. If applicable fees are not paid within thirty (30) days of airport use a late fee of ten (10) percent of the total charge owed will be applied per month. Sec. 2-1.11. - Fuel flowage fees required. Every fuel operator shall pay a fuel flowage fee ("fuel flowage fee") on all fuel transported onto the airports; provided that no fuel flowage fee shall be imposed on fuel which is sold to an excluded commercial aircraft operator. The fuel flowage fee shall be an amount payable on each gallon of fuel dispensed and may be adjusted by the airport director from time to time. Fees per gallon $0.12 Fees will be collected on the total gallons dispensed of any fueling vehicle or container brought onto the airport regardless of actual quantity in the vehicle. Sec. 2-1.12. - Collection of fuel flowage fees. Fuel flowage fees shall be collected by the county in accordance with procedures established by the Airport Director. Unless the Airport Director has established other payment procedures, or credit arrangements satisfactory to the Airport Director have been made in advance, all fuel flowage fees shall be paid by a fuel operator no later than twenty (20) days after the end of the calendar month in which fuel is transported onto an airport. A delinquency charge in an amount established by the Airport Director shall be imposed on all fuel flowage fees not paid when due. All fuel operators shall promptly provide the County's fuel flowage certification form containing information specified by the County which is necessary to calculate the fuel flowage fee. Special Event Parking i. The use of parking management during special events to encourage a more efficient use of existing parking facilities and to improve the quality of service for users.
ii. Variable staffing schedules; created to maximize the economic value to the City and ensure exceptional customer service levels will be reached during all events.
iii. Staffing maps detailing adjustable staffing levels for all crowd sizes; from sell out to inclement weather event days.
Special Event Parking. 44 ▇▇▇▇ agrees to allow the use by the public of portions of the Parking Lots for temporary public parking for special events (“Special Event Parking”), in accordance with the following terms:
A. Not more than 22 parking spaces in the North Parking Lot, and not more than 15 parking spaces in the West Parking Lot, may be used for Special Event Parking. The parking spaces within the area outlined in red on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are not included as part of the Special Event Parking; provided, however, 44 Vail reserves the right to modify the location (but not the number) of the Special Event Parking in the West Parking Lot in order to accommodate the needs of the Office Building.
B. Special Event Parking is only available in connection with the following Village- sponsored special events (the “Special Events”):
(1) the Arlington Alfresco program; (2) Sounds of Summer concerts; and (3) Harmony Fest, featuring the Taste of Arlington Heights.
C. Notwithstanding the time and days on which the Special Events occur, Special Event Parking is only available on Fridays, between 6:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays between 6:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. No overnight parking will be permitted.
D. The Village agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims for loss, liability, damage, expense, cause of action, suits, claims, or judgments that may arise out of, or be caused in any way by, the use of the Parking Lots for Special Event Parking.
E. At the Village’s sole cost and expense, the Village must provide, and maintain at all times under this Agreement, general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 combined coverage for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage in connection with the use by the Village of the Parking Lots for Special Event Parking
F. On or before January 15, 2024 and on or before every January 15th of each calendar year thereafter during the Initial Term and any Renewal Term of this Agreement, the Village will issue a $3,240.00 credit to the Owner as compensation for the Special Event Parking, to be applied against the next payments due pursuant to Section 4.A of this Agreement
G. At the Village’s sole cost and expense, the Village will temporarily erect and display appropriate sandwich-board signage and such other signage as is necessary to alert the public to the availability and limitations of Special Event Parking within the Parkin...
Special Event Parking. Beginning with the date Municipal Lot 5 closes for construction of the Project Improvements, and for the remaining duration of the Cedar-▇▇▇-Meadowbrook Urban Redevelopment Tax Increment Finance District, the City agrees to provide the School District access to parking spaces in Municipal Parking Lot 34 for use by attendees of special events at Cleveland Heights High School (the “High School”) at the same cost, if any, that such parking spaces are made available to the general public. These parking spaces are currently available to the public, but the City agrees to provide wayfinding signage designating Municipal Parking Lot 34 as special event parking for the High School during such special events. Additionally, the City agrees to review the current lighting and striping of Municipal Parking Lot 34 and ensure adequate lighting and striping is in place and maximize the efficiency of the spaces available.
