Special Enrollment Effective Date of Coverage. The effective date of any coverage provided by AvMed is dependent upon the timely receipt of any enrollment forms and supporting documentation we may require. If received within the required timeframes, coverage will become effective as described below; otherwise, a Subscriber’s eligible dependents, or an eligible employee on behalf of himself and his eligible dependents, may not enroll until the Subscribing Group’s next open enrollment period:
