A Bargaining Unit Member may request release from teaching assignments for the balance of the semester when a qualified medical, family or parental leave will be three (3) or more weeks during the semester. In this case, the Bargaining Unit Member’s supervisor, the Bargaining Unit Member, and Xxxxxxx will determine alternate work assignments for the period following the qualified leave.
