SPECIAL CLAIMS REVIEW PROCEDURE. The provisions of this Section 12.10 shall be applicable to claims under the Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan and the Group Medical Insurance Plan, effective on the first day of the first Plan Year beginning on or after July 1, 2002, but in no event later than January 1, 2003, provided such plans are subject to ERISA.
