Common use of Special Assistance Clause in Contracts

Special Assistance. When, in the judgment of a teacher, a student requires special attention, the teacher will notify the Principal/Designee in writing. The Principal/Designee will arrange, as soon as possible, a conference involving himself/herself, the teacher, the parents and any specialists deemed necessary by the Principal/Designee.
