SPCS obtains from SBC Clause Samples

SPCS obtains from SBC. 13STATE Interconnection Facilities. The maintenance of these Facilities by SBC-13STATE, via this contract, requires isolation of both SBC-13STATE's and SPCS's equipment and Facilities for testing purposes. Both SBC- 13STATE and SPCS believe that because each is a responsible and regulated communications common carrier, each should be responsible for isolating and clearing troubles on its own system.
