Spare Engines. ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ warrants to Buyer that, at the time Spare Engines are delivered to Buyer, ▇▇▇▇▇ & Whitney is the owner of the Spare Engines or otherwise fully empowered to provide the Spare Engines for Buyer's temporary use in accordance with this Agreement.
