Spansion Systems Sample Clauses

This clause typically outlines which hardware, software, or integrated solutions are included, and may specify their intended use, maintenance responsibilities, or limitations. By clearly identifying the relevant systems, the clause ensures both parties understand the scope of technology involved, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes regarding system-related obligations or deliverables.
