Space Selection. The Exhibitor shall request booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis during the reservation process. WISPA reserves the right to change its space allocation and/or Exhibitor booth space selections at any time based on the Exhibitor’s payment status, space availability, the necessity of floor plan changes due to fire marshal requirements, or for any other reasons.
Space Selection. Tenant understands that the Premises are located in a building containing multiple units/spaces for rent. The final determination of which space will be occupied by Tenant as the “Premises” under this Lease will be confirmed when Landlord delivers keys to Tenant. Tenant agrees that Landlord may re-allocate which units/spaces will be leased by each tenant of the building in order to accommodate some tenants who may desire to lease an end-unit or side-by-side units. If Landlord delivers keys to Tenant for a space that is different from the unit/space described in Section 1.1 above, the unit/space for which keys are delivered to Tenant shall be the “Premises” under this Lease for all purposes.
