Common use of Space Preparation Clause in Contracts

Space Preparation. Space preparation fees consist of a nonrecurring charge for Firm Order Processing and monthly recurring charges for Central Office Modifications, assessed per arrangement, per square foot, and Common Systems Modifications, assessed per arrangement, per square foot for cageless and per cage for caged collocation. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall remit payment of the nonrecurring Firm Order Processing Fee coincident with submission of a Bona Fide Firm Order.
