Common use of Space Plan Clause in Contracts

Space Plan. Tenant shall cause the Architect to prepare a space plan for the Tenant Improvements, including a layout and designation of all offices, rooms and other partitioning, and equipment to be contained in the Premises, together with their intended use (the “Space Plan”), and shall deliver four (4) copies of the Space Plan, signed by Tenant, to Landlord for its approval. Landlord shall provide Tenant with notice approving or reasonably disapproving the Space Plan within five (5) business days after the later of Landlord’s receipt thereof or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement. If Landlord disapproves the Space Plan, Landlord’s notice of disapproval shall describe with reasonable specificity the basis for such disapproval and the changes that would be necessary to resolve Landlord’s objections. If Landlord disapproves the Space Plan, Tenant shall cause the Space Plan to be modified and resubmitted to Landlord for its approval. Such procedure shall be repeated as necessary until Landlord has approved the Space Plan. At Landlord’s option, before submitting the Architectural Plans (defined below), Tenant shall supply Landlord with intermediate stages of the Plans.

In such event, Landlord shall make such changes as are necessary in order to make the Space Plan acceptable to Tenant and resubmitted shall re-submit the revised Space Plan to Landlord for its approvalTenant.
