Common use of Space Availability Report Clause in Contracts

Space Availability Report. 2.1 Upon request from TelCove and at the TelCove’s expense, BellSouth will provide a written report (Space Availability Report) describing in detail the space that is available for collocation at a particular Premises. This report will include the amount of Collocation Space available at the Premises requested, the number of collocators present at the Premises, any modifications in the use of the space since the last report on the Premises requested and the measures BellSouth is taking to make additional space available for collocation arrangements. A Space Availability Report does not reserve space at the Premises for which the Space Availability Report was requested by TelCove. 2.1.1 The request from TelCove for a Space Availability Report must be in writing and include the Premises street address, as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG) and Common Language Location Identification (CLLI) code of the Premises. CLLI code information is located in the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) Tariff FCC No. 4. 2.1.1.1 If TelCove is unable to obtain the CLLI code for the Remote Site Location from, for example, a site visit to the remote site, TelCove may request the CLLI code from BellSouth. To obtain a CLLI code for a Remote Site Location directly from BellSouth, TelCove should submit to BellSouth a Remote Site Interconnection Request (the Request) for the Serving Wire Center CLLI code prior to submitting its request for a Space Availability Report. TelCove should complete all the requested information and submit the Request to BellSouth. BellSouth will ▇▇▇▇ the applicable fee as set forth in Exhibit B. 2.1.2 BellSouth will respond to a request for a Space Availability Report for a particular Premises within ten (10) days of the receipt of such a request. If BellSouth cannot meet the ten (10) day response time, BellSouth shall notify TelCove and inform TelCove of the timeframe under which it can respond.

If BellSouth cannot meet the ten (10) calendar day response time, BellSouth shall notify TelCove PTLLC and inform TelCove PTLLC of the timeframe under which it can respond.

This report will include and specifying the amount of Remote Collocation Space available at the Premises Remote Site Location requested, the number of collocators present at the PremisesRemote Site Location, any modifications in the use of the space since the last report on the Premises Remote Site Location requested and the measures BellSouth is taking to make additional space available for collocation arrangements. A Space Availability Report does not reserve space at the Premises for which the Space Availability Report was requested by TelCoveRemote Site Location. 2.1.1 The request from TelCove NOS Communications, Inc. for a Space Availability Report must be in writing written and must include the Premises street address, as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG) and Common Language Location Identification (“CLLI”) code of for both the PremisesRemote Site Location and the serving wire center. The CLLI code information for the serving wire center is located in the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) Tariff FCC No. 4. 2.1.1.1 . If TelCove NOS Communications, Inc. is unable to obtain the CLLI code for the Remote Site Location from, for example, a site visit to the remote site, TelCove NOS Communications, Inc. may request the CLLI code from BellSouth. To obtain a CLLI code for a Remote Site Location directly from BellSouth, TelCove NOS Communications, Inc. should submit to BellSouth a Remote Site Interconnection Request (the Request) for the Serving Wire Center serving wire center CLLI code prior to submitting its request for a Space Availability Report. TelCove NOS Communications, Inc. should complete all the requested information and submit the Request to BellSouth. BellSouth will ▇▇▇▇ bill the applicable fee as set forth in Exhibit B.upon receipt of the request. 2.1.2 BellSouth will respond to a request for a Space Availability Report for a particular Premises Remote Site Location within ten (10) calendar days of the receipt of such request. This report will include the amount of Collocation Space available at the Premises BellSouth Premise requested, the number of collocators present at the PremisesBellSouth Premise, any modifications in the use of the space since the last report on the Premises BellSouth Premise requested and the measures BellSouth is taking to make additional space available for collocation arrangements. A Space Availability Report does not reserve space at the Premises BellSouth Premise for which the Space Availability Report was requested by TelCoveGulfPines. 2.1.1 The request from TelCove GulfPines for a Space Availability Report must be in writing and include the Premises BellSouth Premise street address, as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG) and Common Language Location Identification (CLLI) code of the PremisesBellSouth Premise.
