The Remote Terminal Information clause defines the requirements and procedures for providing data or access related to remote terminals used in a system or service. Remote Terminal Information. Upon request, BellSouth will provide ComSouth with the following information concerning BellSouth’s remote terminals: (i) the address of the remote terminal; (ii) the CLLI code of the remote terminal; (iii) the carrier serving area of the remote terminal; (iv) the designation of which remote terminals subtend a particular central office; and (v) the number and address of customers that are served by a particular remote terminal.
Remote Terminal Information. 2.2.1 Upon request, BellSouth will provide ACCESS Integrated with the following information concerning BellSouth’s remote terminals: (i) the address of the remote terminal; (ii) the CLLI code of the remote terminal; (iii) the carrier serving area of the remote terminal; (iv) the designation of which remote terminals subtend a particular central office; and (v) the number and address of customers that are served by a particular remote terminal. 2.2.2 BellSouth will provide this information on a first come, first served basis within thirty (30) days of a ACCESS Integrated request subject to the following conditions: (i) the information will only be provided on a compact disc in the same format in which it appears in BellSouth’s systems; (ii) the information will only be provided for each serving wire center designated by ACCESS Integrated, up to a maximum of thirty (30) wire centers per ACCESS Integrated request per month per state, and up to for a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) wire centers total per month per state for all CLECs; and (iii) ACCESS Integrated agrees to pay the costs incurred by BellSouth in providing the information. Multiple Wire Center CLLI code requests may be place on one compact disc.
