Common use of Space at Site Clause in Contracts

Space at Site. CM shall be allowed reasonable space at the work site and shall confine CM's operations to the assigned space. The work shall be done without interference with the ordinary use of streets, berthing places, fairways, and passages. The CM shall cooperate with other Contractors of the County and shall not commit or permit any act which will interfere with the performance of work by any other Contractor or employees of the County whether at the site or not.
