Common use of SOW Clause in Contracts

SOW. Upon termination of a SOW: (i) OT shall cease to perform the affected Services; (ii) OT may immediately invoice and Customer shall immediately pay all Service Fees, Expenses and Applicable Taxes owed under the terminated SOW; and

SOW. Upon termination of a SOW: (i) OT shall cease to perform the affected Services; (ii) OT may immediately invoice and Customer shall immediately pay all Service Fees, Expenses and Applicable Taxes owed under the terminated SOW; andand (iii) Customer shall promptly return to OT all OT software.
