SOW Term. The term of a Statement of Work and any renewal terms will be set forth in the applicable Statement of Work (each an “SOW Term”). Notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement or a relevant Companion Agreement for any reason, each Statement of Work entered into prior to the effective date of such termination will remain in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions thereof, including the provisions of this Agreement and any Companion Agreement incorporated by reference into such Statement of Work, until such Statement of Work is terminated or expires in accordance with the provisions thereof. 4830-2082-6212v.8 207239136_2 LAW
