Common use of Sources of Funding Clause in Contracts

Sources of Funding. Contractor acknowledges that all of the funds to be provided to Contractor by Town pursuant to this Agreement are public funds, that some or all of such funds are restricted in the uses to which they may be put, and that the expenditure of such funds by the Contractor is restricted in the same manner as if the Town was expending the funds. This includes but is not limited to funds from Town tax Measures R and U.
