Common use of Source Code Clause in Contracts

Source Code. 9.8.4.2.1 Results - Rights of a Party Where, in accordance with Section 9.8.3, a Party has Access Rights to Source Code which is Results for Exploitation, Access Rights to such Source Code, as far as Needed for the Exploitation of the Party’s own Results, shall comprise a worldwide right to use, to make copies, to modify, to develop, to adapt Source Code for research, to create/market a product/process and to create/provide a service.
