Without limiting Section 4.7, each Party, as a Licensee, acknowledges and agrees that the source code of the Licensed Software licensed to such Party as Licensee is subject to the following restrictions: (a) Licensee’s rights to internally use, modify and create derivative works of the source code of such Licensed Software are solely for the purpose of internally evaluating the source code for debugging, correcting errors in the source code and creating object code versions of such Licensed Software, but not to create any other derivative works of such source code or to use or modify such source code for any other purpose. (b) Except as expressly licensed herein, any use or distribution of such Licensed Software that requires the source code of the Licensed Software to be made available to anyone but the Licensee is expressly prohibited.
