Common use of Source and Nationality Clause in Contracts

Source and Nationality. a. All goods financed under the Agreement shall have their source, and the suppliers of all goods and services financed under the Agreement shall have their nationality, in countries included in Geographic Code [937 or 9354], except as USAID may otherwise agree in writing. Given that this Agreement is a regional program, Code 937 includes all the countries receiving assistance under this Agreement. Additionally, as follows:
