Some Specifics. Your dwelling and other areas reserved for your private use must be kept clean. Trash must be dis- posed of at least weekly in appropriate receptacles in ac- cordance with local ordinances. Passageways may be used only for entry or exit. You will use balconies with care and will not overload them. Any swimming pools, spas, store- rooms, and similar areas must be used with care and in ac- cordance with our rules and posted signs. You must comply with any subdivision or deed restrictions that apply.
