Common use of Solution License Clause in Contracts

Solution License. Contractor hereby grants to the State a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use Contractor Intellectual Property Rights to use the Solution, Services and all Deliverables during the term of the Contract and the Exit Assistance Period.
