Solus Accounts. The Solus Accounts have been prepared in accordance with applicable law and with the accounting principles, standards and practices generally accepted at 31 December 2003 in the jurisdiction in which the relevant Group Company is incorporated so as to give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of each Group Company for which Solus Accounts have been prepared at 31 December 2003 and of the profits or losses for the period concerned.
