Common use of Solid Waste Services Clause in Contracts

Solid Waste Services. The Borrower has evidenced in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank that BNDES ensures that its lending program for water and environmental sanitation is consistent with the Borrower’s Law No. 11.445 dated January 5, 2007 and with the BNDES new environmental and social institutional policy referred to in Section I.B.1(b) of this Schedule.
