Solid Waste Services. The City will provide solid waste collection services in accordance with existing City ordinances and policies, except where prohibited by law.
Solid Waste Services. Until termination of this Agreement, the Company agrees that it and all of its tenants, subtenants, operators and licensees shall exclusively use the solid waste services of the Issuer for the Project so long as Issuer shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement, maintain and provide such services at a commercially reasonable quality of service and cost-competitive with other service options available to Company from time to time.

General To protect the public health and safety, Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, supplies, supervision and all other items necessary for the Collection of all Solid Waste generated or accumulated within the City from Cart Collection Customers covered by this Agreement at least once per week. The services provided by Contractor under this Agreement shall be performed in a thorough and professional manner so that all Customers are provided at all times with reliable, courteous and high-quality Solid Waste Handling Services.

Solid Waste Services. Consultants 0307 established project goals and criteria. A further review will be conducted at the nominal 90% design completion. It is assumed that the documents required by permitting authorities will be issued coincident with planned review sets. We have assumed that the County will pay for all permit fees. An engineer’s construction cost estimate will be prepared based upon the 90% submittal. Services will be concluded upon completion of the drawings and specifications.

The Borrower has evidenced in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank that BNDES ensures that its lending program for water and environmental sanitation is consistent with the Borrower’s Law No. 11.445 dated January 5, 2007 and with the BNDES new environmental and social institutional policy referred to in Section I.B.1(b) of this Schedule.
