Solid Waste Not Collected. When any Solid Waste or Recyclables placed for collection by a Commercial Customer are not collected by Collector, Collector shall leave a tag at least 3-1/2” x 6-3/4” in size stating the reasons for its refusal to collect the Solid Waste and/or Recyclables, giving reference to the provision of the Municipal Code or of this Agreement which gives ground for the refusal. The tag shall carry Collector’s business firm name and telephone number, and shall be securely fastened to the container or to the article of Solid Waste.
