Solid Waste Collection. Contractor acknowledges that the Agency is committed to diverting materials from Disposal through the implementation of source reduction, reuse, Recycling, and composting programs and that the Agency may, at some time in the future, implement, in accordance with Section 15.12, new programs that may impact the overall quantity or composition of Solid Waste to be Collected by Contractor.
