Solid Waste Collection. Contractor shall Collect Solid Waste in Contractor-provided Carts from 199 Residential Customers and Transport all Solid Waste to the Approved Mixed Waste Processing 200 Facility for Processing and/or Designated Disposal Facility for Disposal. Contractor shall deliver all 201 Solid Waste collected in "foothill" areas to the Approved Mixed Waste Processing Facility. 202 802 Containers: Carts 203 Carts, Bins, Drop Boxes, Compactors 803 Container Sizes: 9564-, and 96-gallons gallon Carts; 804 1-, 1.5-, 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, and 8-cubic yard Bins 805 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-cubic yard Drop Boxes and Compactors 806 (or similar sizeas requested by Customer) and 65-gallons (or similar size) 204 807 808 Service Frequency: One Up to six (6) times per week but not less than one (1) time per week 205 week, as 809 requested by Customer (Saturday service is available only to customers 810 receiving service Monday through Friday) 811 Service Location: Curbside 206 Curbside; or other Customer-selected service location at the Commercial 812 Premises 813 Acceptable Materials: Solid Waste 207 814 Prohibited Materials: Recyclable Materials, GreenwasteOrganic Materials, Excluded Waste 208 815 Additional Service: Upon Customer request and to accommodate periodic additional service needs, 816 Contractor shall provide additional Solid Waste Carts Collection service at a greater frequency than the 817 Customer’s regularly scheduled service, up to Residential 209 Customers upon request the maximum Service Level and 818 Contractor may charge an appropriate Rate for the "Additional Solid Waste 210 Cart" higher Service Level at a 819 Rate not to exceed the Maximum Rate approved by the CountyCity. 211 820 Other Requirements: Contractor shall open and close gates, push and/or pull Containers, lock and 821 unlock Containers, or perform other services as reasonably necessary to access 822 and empty Containers. 823 B. Recyclable Materials Collection. Collection 824 Contractor shall Collect Recyclable Materials in Contractor- 212 Contractor-provided Containers not less than one (1) time 825 per week from Residential Commercial Customers in "urban" and "rural" areas and Transport all 213 Recyclable Materials to the Approved Recyclable 826 Materials Processing Facility for Processing. 214 Customers are charged at the Commercial Recyclable 827 Materials Rates approved under this Agreement and as specified in Exhibit L. 828 Containers: Carts 215 Carts, Bins, Drop Boxes, Compactors.
