Solid Waste Collection Data. The Contractor shall provide to the Village and SWALCO, on a quarterly basis broken down by month, a report on: (i) the quantity (in tons) of all commercial solid waste collected within the Village; (ii) recycling diversion data, including the quantity (in tons) of commercial recyclables and organic material recycled and composted, and the number of business accounts that have recycling containers; and (iii) a breakdown of the number of Customers.
Solid Waste Collection Data a) The Contractor shall provide to the Village and SWALCO, on a quarterly basis, a report on the quantity, in tons, of: (i) Municipal Waste collected within the Village, (ii) Recyclable Materials collected within the Village, and (iii) Landscape Waste/Food Scraps collected within the Village. The Contractor shall also provide data to the Village on the amount of electronic devices collected from the Village’s drop-off program. b) The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Village, at least once every 12 calendar months, a breakdown, by number and type, of the Residential Customers in the Village. c) The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Village will provide program data and other public information to each Residential Customer upon request.
Solid Waste Collection Data a) The Contractor shall provide to the Municipality, on a quarterly basis, a report on the quantity of all commercial solid waste collected within the Municipality, recycling diversion data and a breakdown of the number of franchised accounts. b) An annual audit of the scope of service matrix will be performed and access to this matrix data base will be provided to the Municipality. The information on this service matrix will include the name of account, the service address, the billing address (if different than the service address), a contact person, a telephone number and fax number where the contact person can be reached, the type of containers on site, the quantities of containers on site, the frequency of collections and an itemization of what day collections are performed, the current service rate and the annual franchise revenue. c) Program data and other public information will be provided to each account upon the request of the Municipality to do so.

The Contractor shall also provide data to the Village on the amount of Electronics collected from the Village’s drop-off program. b) The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Village, at least once every quarter, a breakdown, by number and service type, of the Residential Customers in the Village. c) The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the Village will provide program data and other public information to each Residential Customer upon request. d) Failure to report the data required by this Section may result in the Village assessing the Contractor up to $100, as stipulated liquidated damages and not as a penalty, for each day the required data is not submitted to the Village or SWALCO.

The Contractor shall also provide data to the City on the amount of material collected for other special collections conducted in the City pursuant to this Agreement, as requested by the City. The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the City, at least once every year, a breakdown, by number and type, of the residential service levels chosen by the customers in the City. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the City will provide program data and other public information to each Customer upon request.
Solid Waste Collection Data a) The Contractor shall provide to the City, on a quarterly basis, a report on the quantity of: (i) Municipal Waste collected within the City; (ii) Landscape Waste and Organic Waste collected within the City; and (iii) Recyclable Materials collected within the City. The Contractor shall also provide to the City, upon request, data on the amount of bulk items serviced both residentially and in connection with any other special collections conducted in the City pursuant to this Agreement. b) The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the City, at least once every 12 calendar months, a breakdown, by number and type, of the residential service levels chosen by the customers in the City. c) The Contractor shall prepare a municipal container audit report at least twice a year or upon request from the City that contains: (i) Location of each municipal container within the City; (ii) Frequency of municipal container collection, including dates and times for each location; (iii) Notification of municipal containers that overflow on a regular basis; (iv) Recommendations for alleviating the regular overflow of municipal containers. d) The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that program data and other public information may be provided by the City to each Customer upon request, in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.
Solid Waste Collection Data a) The Contractor shall provide to the City, on a quarterly basis, a report on the quantity of: (i) Residential Waste collected within the City, (ii) Recyclable Materials collected within the City, and (iii) Landscape Waste collected within the City. The Contractor shall also provide data to the City on the amount of material collected for the Annual Bulk Item and Spring Clean-up Programs and any other special collections conducted in the City pursuant to this Agreement, as requested by the City. b) The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the City, at least once every 12 calendar months, a breakdown, by number and type, of the residential service levels chosen by the customers in the City.
Solid Waste Collection Data. 1. The Contractor shall provide to the City a monthly report submitted on a quarterly basis containing the quantity of all solid waste collected within the City and a breakdown of the number of accounts. 2. The Contractor shall provide on a weekly basis to the City GPS reports indicating where garbage pickup routes were serviced. Should the City request a specific GPS report due to a Customer complaint that Contractor failed to pickup, Contractor shall furnish said GPS report to the City within 24 hours of the request.
