Residential Waste Sample Clauses
Residential Waste. Garbage, Recyclable Material, Organic Waste and Large 429 Items resulting from the normal activities of a Single-Family Dwelling (“SFD”) Service Unit or 430 Multi-Family Dwelling (“MFD). Residential Waste must be generated by and at the Single- 431 Family Dwelling (“SFD”) or Multi-Family Dwelling (“MFD) Service Unit wherein the 432 Residential Waste is collected and does not include items defined herein as Exempt Waste.
Residential Waste. The Contractor shall collect, transport, and dispose of Residential Waste in accordance with the following:
Residential Waste. Collection and transportation and disposal of Residential Waste as more particularly described in Section 4.1 of this Agreement.
Residential Waste. Residential Solid Waste, Large Items, Used Oil, and Used Oil Filters.
Residential Waste i) Residential Waste shall be removed from the City at the close of each day of collection, and shall be disposed of at one or more SWALCO-designated lawfully operated pollution control facilities at the Contractor’s sole cost and expense. The SWALCO-designated facilities in operation at the time of execution of this Contract are the Countryside Landfill in Grayslake, the Advanced Disposal/Zion Landfill in Zion, the Pheasant Run Landfill in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Landfill in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Illinois, the ▇▇▇ County Landfill in ▇▇▇ County, IL, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Landfill in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana.
ii) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City reserves the right to direct the location of disposal to another pollution control facility. The City shall not require the Contractor to use any other facility without negotiating an agreeable adjustment to the Contractor’s compensation under this agreement.

ii) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the City reserves the right to direct the location of disposal to another pollution control facility.
iii) Contractor’s rates shall be increased from time to time in the event that the City directs the location of disposal to a different site which increases Contractor’s costs or in the event that a SWALCO designated facility is not available to accept the disposal of the City’s materials which results in increased costs to Contractor.

Residential Waste. 20 CONTRACTOR shall not at any time prior to weighing the collected 21 material, commingle the Residential Waste collected from SFD Service Units with 22 Residential Waste collected from MFD Service Units.
