Solid Waste and Recyclables. CONTRACTOR shall not commingle 923 Solid Waste, Collected pursuant to this Agreement, with any Recyclables separated for 924 Collection pursuant to this Agreement prior to deliver to the Transfer Facility, without the 925 express prior written authorization of the Contract Administrator.
