Common use of Solicitation of Business Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Business. Tenant and Tenant's employees shall not solicit business in the parking lot or other common areas of the premises, and Tenant shall not distribute any handbills or other advertising matter in automobiles parked in the parking areas or in other Common areas of the premises, nor shall Tenant display any merchandise outside the Leased Premises.
