Solicitation of Business. Tenant and Tenant's employees and agents shall not solicit business in the parking or other common areas, nor shall Tenant distribute any handbills or other advertising matter on automobiles parked in the parking area or in other common areas.
Solicitation of Business. Employee shall not during the Restricted Period solicit or assist any other person to solicit any business (other than for the Company) from any present or past customer of the Company; or request or advise any present or future customer of the Company to withdraw, curtail or cancel its business dealings with the Company; or commit any other act or assist others to commit any other act which might injure the business of the Company.

Tenant and Tenant's employees shall not solicit business in the parking lot or other common areas of the premises, and Tenant shall not distribute any handbills or other advertising matter in automobiles parked in the parking areas or in other Common areas of the premises, nor shall Tenant display any merchandise outside the Leased Premises.

During the Restricted Period, Covenantor ------------------------ shall not solicit or assist any other person to solicit any business (other than for the Company) from any present or past customer of the Company or Sunelco, or request or advise any present or future customer, vendor or consultant of the Company to withdraw, curtail or cancel its business dealings with the Company; or commit any other act or assist others to commit any other act which might injure the business of the Company.
Solicitation of Business. He will not initiate any contact with, call upon, solicit business from, sell or render services to any Client (as defined below), referral source, or patient of the Company or any affiliate of the Company within the area in which such entities conduct or actively solicit business, a descriptive list of which is included in Schedule A, which is attached hereto and expressly incorporated herein (hereinafter referred to as “Restricted Areas”), for or on behalf of himself or any business, firm, proprietorship, corporation, partnership, company, association, entity, or venture engaged in the Business (hereinafter referred to as a “Competing Business”), and Executive shall not directly or indirectly aid, assist, or consult with any other person, firm, or organization to do any of the aforesaid acts. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Client(s)” is any individual or entity with which the Company has engaged in business or proposed business dealings.
Solicitation of Business. He will not initiate any contact with, call upon, solicit Business from, sell or render services to any client or patient of the Company or any Company affiliate, within any area which the Company conducts business, a list of which is included in Schedule 7.1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein ("Restricted Area"), for or on behalf of himself or any business, firm, proprietorship, corporation, partnership, association, entity or venture primarily engaged in the business of providing home health, alternate site infusion therapy or ambulatory surgery services, which is a similar business as the Business ("Competing Business"), and NUGENT shall not directly or indirectly aid or assist any other persxx, xxrm or corporation to do any of the aforesaid acts.
Solicitation of Business. He will not initiate any contact with, call upon, solicit Business from, sell or render services to any customer of the Company with respect to a Competing Business anywhere within the United States or purchase from any supplier or potential supplier any materials for same and HOSKIN shall not directly or indirectly aid or assist any other persox, xxxm or corporation to do any of the aforesaid acts.
Solicitation of Business. During the Covenant Period, Stockholder agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, at any time solicit or cause or authorize directly or indirectly to be solicited, or accept or cause or authorize directly or indirectly to be accepted, for or on behalf of itself or other Persons, any Competitive Business of MDI or any of its Subsidiaries from Persons who were customers of MDI or any of its Subsidiaries at any time within one year prior to the Closing Date.
Solicitation of Business. Concessionaire shall not give samples, approach customers, distribute handbills or other advertising matter or otherwise solicit business in the parking or other Public Areas or any part of the Terminal or the Airport other than in the Premises. In the event Concessionaire violates the foregoing, Concessionaire shall, at Concessionaire’s sole cost and expense, be responsible to clean the area of any such materials so distributed by Concessionaire, its agents or employees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Director may approve in writing activities, prohibited in this Section 17.02, to be conducted for a limited period of time.
Solicitation of Business. ANDERS will not contact, call upon, solicit business from, sell or render services to any patient, provider, insurer, HMO, managed care company or contract party of the Company, or any of its affiliates with respect to a Competing Business or purchase from any supplier or potential supplier any materials for same and ANDERS shall not directly or indirectly aid or assist any other person, firm or corporation to do any of the aforesaid acts; or
