In all solicitation either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Lessee for work to be performed hereunder, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential contractor , subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Lessee of the Lessee's obligation under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, marital status, political affiliation, familial status, physical or mental disability, or sexual orientation.
