Common use of Solicit Customers Clause in Contracts

Solicit Customers. Solicit any entity that, to Employee’s knowledge, was a customer of the Company within the year before that date Employee’s employment with the Company terminates to supply patches for ventricular restoration, cerebral and/or somatic oximeters, related sensors, or other products sold by the Company during the term of Employee’s employment with the Company to such customer.
