Solicit Applications. The Employer shall offer application opportunities to mates with masters licenses. Mates with master’s licenses shall apply to be placed on the master’s eligibility list in a format provided by the employer. This will include submission of an application/letter of interest, and the submission of at least three (3) recommendations from current masters in the fleet on a form provided by the Employer. The evaluation/recommendation form will be developed in consultation between the Union and the Employer.
