Common use of SOLE INSTRUMENT Clause in Contracts

SOLE INSTRUMENT. This Agreement, along with any and all attachments hereto, constitutes the sole and only agreement of the parties to it relating to its object and correctly sets forth the rights, duties, and obligations of each party to the other as of its date. Any prior agreements, promises, negotiations or representations not expressly set forth in this Agreement are of no force or effect.
