Common use of Sole Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Sole Entitlement. Employee acknowledges and agrees that no other monies or benefits other than 1) those set forth in this Agreement and 2) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corporation Retirement Savings Plan [401(k)] and Employee Stock Ownership Plan benefits, if any, are owing to Employee.
